Find a matching Nova approved (most of them are if not all of them) icon pack in the Play Store and change through Nova settings, look and feel. Find a similar theme or icon pack through samsung store to make them match better. I use Pixel Icons Pack from Play store for Nova and a Samsung theme called Pixelize that themes the Samsung Icons.
