I am running Parallels 10 with Windows 7.1 64-bit in Full Screen mode under Yosemite. Starting about a week ago, I became unable to switch from Windows to Mac OS X by clicking on the OS X Finder icon. I tried it both from the Task bar (hold cursor at bottom of screen until it appears) or by Command + Tab. Neither can I switch from Windows to any other running Mac application. The feature isn't greyed out, it just doesn't work. There isn't even a flicker of the screen when I select Finder.I tried rebooting Windows & Mac to no avail. I also tried reinstalling Parallels Tools from the Actions menu at the top of the screen (displayed after I hold cursor at top of screen for a few seconds). If I change to Coherence (or use the View...Exit Full Screen mode from the Windows 7.1 menu at top of the screen), I can switch between Windows and OS X--but I lose precious real estate on my laptop for the title bar and OS X Task bar. If I change to Modality, I am still trapped in Windows, and cannot get an OS X screen to display. I prefer to run in Full Screen mode, but the inability to switch to a Mac OS X screen is driving me crazy. Hi Byundt,Please try re-installing Parallels Tools,. 2025-04-14The Max Texture Display Size slider to a smaller value, like 2048 or even 1024. Restart PixPlant and see if it solved the issue. These two PixPlant settings only affect the preview rendering of the texture so you are still editing in floating point precision and at the texture size you selected. PixPlant launches and appears in the Windows task bar but will not appear in the screen? For versions before build 3.0.8, corrupted settings can cause this behavior, please do the following to solve it: Close any PixPlant instances you see in the Windows task bar. Open the following folder in Windows Explorer, where is your user name: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming In this folder you'll find a file named pixplant3settings.txt - delete it. Launch PixPlant: it should now appear and run without problems. Why does a "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable" window appear during installation in Windows? This is a Microsoft installer which is run with the PixPlant installation in Windows: it installs Microsoft files required for PixPlant to run. Windows itself usually includes these files and this will only update them if necessary. Mac Mac OS X Gatekeeper message If when running PixPlant you receive the message: Click the "Open" button and PixPlant will run normally. Please be assured PixPlant is safe and digitally signed with our Developer ID issued by Apple. This is normal Mac OS X Gatekeeper behavior for downloaded files and only appears the first time you run PixPlant.

However, you CAN disable Hyper Threading, Turbo Boost, and Intel Virtualization Technology if you choose; I found that the workstation ran much more quietly (less fan noise) with these 3 features disabled.Maestro 4.x AND 5.x: Disable the Windows weekly maintenance task that defragments the hard drives. Over two months of testing Maestro 4, we observed that once a week the system would crash a number of times over the course of the day while Maestro was running; otherwise, it ran trials continuously for 8+ hours a day without issue. The periodic nature of the problem eventually led us to disable an automatic maintenance task (that is configured when Window 10 is installed) that would analyze and defragment the system hard drives on a weekly basis -- including the drive to which Maestro was streaming data files during testing. Once that task was disabled, no further crashes occurred. To disable scheduled defragmentation, first open the Defragment and Optimize Drives application (from the search bar next to the Start menu). Ensure that "Scheduled optimization" is turned off. Then open the Task Scheduler application. In the tree view on the right, select the node Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Defrag, select the task labeled "ScheduledDefrag" and disable it. You should restart the computer to ensure these changes have taken effect. Of course, this also means you may want to manually defragment your hard drives from time to time -- unless your workstation solid-state drives, which do
2025-04-04Got tasks that need to be knocked out in a certain order? That's where dependencies come in handy! For example, let's say you have to build a bike before you can ride it. In that case, the "Ride bike" task depends on the "Build bike” task. Currently, TeamGantt only supports finish-to-start dependencies, as outlined below. How to create a dependency There are 3 ways to create dependencies in TeamGantt. 1) Simply click the dot at the end of the task, and drag it to the beginning of the dependent task. After you drag the line, the dependency should look like this: 2) Another way to create a dependency would be to click the dot at the end of the task. Then, select the "+" sign on the desired dependent task or use the "Search" bar to search for the desired task. 3) The last way to create a task is by opening the task details window. Simply click "Add" to select a task you would like to create a dependency with. If the dependency line is red, that means a task is scheduled to start before the previous task ends. In the example below, you can fix it by dragging the successor task to the right so it starts the day after the predecessor task ends. That simple move will turn your dependency line gray again! You can also fix an invalid dependency by hovering over the task name to select the triple dot icon and selecting "Fix invalid dependencies" from the drop-down. Are your valid dependencies appearing red? See this article for helpful tips! Establishing dependencies between multiple tasks Hot keys enable you to add dependencies between multiple tasks at the same time. Here's how: 1) Start by holding Shift and selecting all the tasks you want to connect together. 2) Then click Shift+D to create dependencies between the series of tasks. How to delete a dependency There are 2 ways you can delete dependencies between tasks. 1) From Edit mode: Double-click on a task bar to open the Task Details window. You'll see a list of all dependencies at the bottom of this window. Simply click the (x) icon to delete a dependency. 2) From the gantt chart view: Hover your cursor over the dependency line you wish to delete, and click on the blue dot that appears. A new window showing the established dependencies will pop up.

(license example: xxxxxx-xxxxxxx)Concurrent (floating) licenses utilizes a RLM license server in order to manage the licensing. A license is used when a user successfully launches a session.
