Chatted, with two different individuals online and then spoke to two different individuals on the phone. This. . . just to cancel an order and report fraud. They did more to identify me to cancel then they did to establish an account. This is negligence and unacceptable.I have never ordered anything from STONEBERRY company. STONEBERRY sent a bill to an address where I don't even live in the state. I contacted STONEBERRY and notified them that the bill was not mines nor did I have any association to the bill. STONEBERRY hired a debt collector to come after me. We need to file another Class Action Lawsuit against this company, which I located that one was filed in 2017 by Jacqueline Olson vs IC System, INC., and MASON COMPANIES, INC., D/B/A STONEBERRY. Her case appears to have been settled by this fraudulent company STONEBERRY. I decided to give them a chance and ordered an air fryer. Said I need to make a down payment so I tried to log in said wrong information and when I tried to create account says it said my email was already in use. Call customer service and spent 45 minutes trying to get answers and keep getting transferred. Total scam company Ordered 3 products in DecemberOrdered 3 products in December, it is now May 16th and the 2 of the 3 i ordered is not working. WTH is wrong with picture? Seriously i ordered a 569.00 package and 2 of the products i ordered

I had never heard of them until I received the email. Everyone knows that, it's the price of convenience. I find stoneberry to be cheaper than most. I don't understand what happened to most of these people with these reviews. They must screw things up somehow and blame stoneberry. Never their fault. Stoneberry trusted me and gave me credit when no one else would. They have recently lowered not only their shipping cost but they lowered their prices all around while everyone else is raising theirs. They have consistent free shipping opportunities and extra 20% off sales as well. I have never in 2 years had any quality or shipping issue. No hidden fees. I do wish they would report to credit bureau but cant have it all. My recent order went amazing. Quick approval and shipping.
