I need a little help with a project at work. I'm trying to build a dialer interface in vb6. The main form displays a list of DUN connections on the user's computer (these are setup in advance by my install program). The user then selects a connection with a local number and clicks connect. The dialer is supposed to dial the connection and allow the user to authenicate into the system using a post-dial terminal screen. Unfortunately, when the dialer connects, it will not display the post-dial terminal screen. I've tried using Rasdial and InternetDial... it will connect with both of these but returns an error that the ';connection is requesting additional info but the application will not allow user interaction' (this should be the username/password that will be passed with the post-dial terminal screen).The main reason for the post-dial terminal screen is to give the user feedback on the screen if the login fails. Since the user is logging into a RAS server that authenicates the user's information (aka SecurID card, PIN and username), it needs to be interactive. The post-dial screen also allows for PIN resets and SecurID card sync operations so, it is needed.Now, my question is: Can the post-dial terminal screen be made to come up using a VB dialer? I haven't found a way yet. If it can't, could I build a terminal screen into the dialer program to function as a post-dial terminal screen, and how? The user base use every version of Windows (95-XP) so, the solution has to be useable on all Windows versions (Win NT has been a real pain so far because it's RAS is so different).Any advise/code samples/links would be greatly appreciated!
