It doesn't pull a continuous load, but a varied load. This isn't so bad on an aircooler which has a much faster transient response, but with an aio it gives the liquid time to balance at a lower temp. The best to use is prime95 v26.6 pulls a continuous 100% load over the 1/2 hour or better it takes for liquid balance and accurate temps with an aio.
