Ok, I've been browsing on many different forums about this problem. About 1 minute after I load uTorrent, my mouse will begin to lag and every process on my computer will begin to drastically slow down to a point where I can barely use my computer.. If I close uTorrent the problem goes away. My cpu usage is constantly spiking to 100%. I've tried deleting uTorrent + %AppData% directory, I've tried uninstalling all anti virus software as well as Malwarebytes, I've tried downgrading to an older version of uTorrent.
