I want to force an upgrade of my Intel HD graphics provided by Dell for Inspiron 3521 Celeron 1007u 9.17.10.2867 to the latest 15.36.19.64.4170. Are 15.36.19.64.4170 drivers intended to support generic Celeron 1007u?2. What occurs on a Windows 7 machine that has the Intel HD Graphics uninstalled. Is it possible to boot into safe mode/graphics degraded mode to install the correct graphics?3. What occurs on a Windows 8 machine if incorrect drivers are installed to the Intel Graphics Adapter (within the context of 15.36.19.64.4170 being incorrect for this hardware configuration)?4.
