Managed to import my Internet Explorer favourites from my old computer into Edge on my new Windows 10 PC: 1 - On the old computer, export the favourites to a file: it will be calledbookmark.htm by default. 2 - Copy this file onto the new computer in the Windows C-Users- 3 - This is important - rename the file to bookmark.HTML (ignore the warning about making the file unusable). 4 - Open the CHROME browser, then import the favourites from this file. (If you didn't rename it, Chrome won't even find/display it. The new UI is beautiful and is better than the old interface but if you’re still interested in using the old interface then you can enable it using Chrome Flags. For switching back to the old UI, you will need to follow the steps below.Open Google Chome and type “chrome://flags” (without quotes) in the address bar and hit enter.Once Flags are open, Type “UI Layout” in the search bar on the top and look for “UI Layout for the browser’s top chrome”.Once you get it, click on “Default” and select “Normal” from the drop-down menu.Now you will see a pop-up on the bottom saying Relaunch Chrome.Now save all your work and click Relaunch to Restart Chrome.That’s it! Go with the Default Profile or choose one from the drop-down list using the Restore to a selected profile option. The final step will get you on your way to restoring the chosen profile.
