Most billing contacts will sign in to the Billing Center as their billing portal. However, billing contacts for larger (corporate) accounts, will sign into the Corporate Billing Portal while working with their dedicated GoTo representative (or by contacting Corporate Account Services) for additional features. Sign in to the Corporate Billing Portal The Corporate Billing Portal allows billing contacts for "corporate" accounts to change billing contacts, edit purchase orders, and manage price quotes with a GoTo representative. Sign in at Note: Billing contacts using the Corporate Billing Portal are provided with a separate User ID (in "user name" or "email address" format, located on an emailed invoice) that is separate from their GoToAssist Remote Support v4 login. Having trouble? If you are unable to sign in to the Corporate Billing Portal and encounter an "Invalid User ID" or "Invalid User ID/password" message, it means either you aren't a billing contact for the account, or you used the wrong user ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password?, enter the User ID for your billing contact account, and then select Submit to be sent a reset link via email to your billing contact account email address.. 2025-04-08Hello Support,Can you please provide a list of network ports and destinations required for GotoWebinar WebApp?I have reviewed the Allowlisting and Firewall Configuration at Allowlisting and Firewall Configuration - GoTo Training Support but there is no mention of port 3478/tcp, which is blocked when I'm connected to corporate network, when not connected to corp net this port is showing as established.I have contact support by phone and they mentioned that there is a new GoToWebinar platform and new port requirements may not be posted yet but developers may have this information.Thank you.To chime in here, port 3478 TCP/UDP is used by the new GoTo App or the browser based versions of GoTo for Turn server connections.However, there is a fallback to port 443 TCP, in case 3478 TCP is blocked. So its not mandatory.We will make sure the main config page gets updated.Please be aware that GoToWebinar currently for must customers still runs on the legacy version, which would use TURN server and Port 3478 only for the Web clients, but not for the Organizer app.
