GIMP-2 8 16-setup exe GIMP - tool for working with images. The program can handle the tasks of creating graphics and logos, scaling and cropping photos, coloring, combining images with layers, retouching and convert images into different formats. GIMP is a maintenance update to the GIMP 2.10 stable series, released in June 2025. It supports importing and exporting 8/16-bit CMYK (A) TIFF files, BigTIFF, JPEG

GIMP-2.10 is supposed to have this tool also. Along with a multi selection tool.
