When user tries to expand the One X Agent icon by double clicking it, the app does not expand onto the laptop screen. It appears to be hidden and unreachable. This also applies to any other app icon in the tray that does not expand when clicked. Cause The One X Agent icon or any other icon(s) in tray is hidden in the laptop somewhere and needs to be located to bring it to a screen to view. SolutionLocate the icon in the tray, right click it and select ‘move’. The key here is to not release your mouse from the ‘move’ feature but at the same time while still holding your right mouse button on ‘move’, push any of the 4 arrow buttons on your keyboard and together this will lock the icon to the mouse from where it is hiding.
