Hi there !in the organisation I work for (400 people, 5 sales people, around 10 orders per sales person per year, around 50 quotations made per sales person per year), we use :- Dynamic 365 Business Central : as ERP to manage all the parts that we use in our products, some are manufactured by us, some are only purchased by us. Let say that the product we sell is made out of 10 parts, 5 that we make, 5 that we buy only. These 10 parts together constitute the product we sell.- a Excel spread sheet to make the commercial offer, we input in this sheet the project particulars, the client contact details, and the spreadsheet is outputting a pdf commercial offer that we send to the customer. The spreadsheet also outputs a pdf approval form that we send to the management for approval on the gross margin of the project before we send the offer.- Dynamic 365 CRM : to record the data about the quotation and manage the sales pipelineWe would like to get rid of the Excel spread sheet an make directly quotations and approvals in the CRM as there is a quotation section in the software. This has 2 purposes :- it is painful to update our quotation excel spread sheet with the new cost and item description from Business Central, these cost changes every months, we would like this to be automated so that when we make a quotation we know that the cost used in the system to calculate the gross margin are the latest updated ones in business central- CRM could archive automatically all the quotations and the quotations various revisions, instead of manually keying in the quotation data into CRM. This will make our pipeline management much easier and accurate.I have 3 questions on how the quotation section of the CRM works :1. Can the CRM be linked with business central so that when I make a quotation and I choose the products to include in the quotation, I can key in the business central reference ID of the 10 parts above mentioned ?=> so it means that the CRM would be able to access Business Central parts list with their properties (description, selling price, cost)we saw that we can manually create items in CRM and allocate price lists manually written, and cost, but all the data is already in business central. 6mw54pbnn5 project management excel sheet, project management excel template, project management excel examples, lessons learned template project management excel, project 6mw54pbnn5 project management excel sheet, project management excel template, project management excel examples, lessons learned template project management excel, project
