Forum: VirtualDJ Technical Support my pioneer ddj-wego controller was working without trouble but i change my computer and now when connect controller after i while i enter my limited edition code and see this words: ''this keycode is already registered to someone else'' and stop working my controller. how can i fix this? You want to use the master out on the controller. Either the XLR or the RCA. That needs to feed your speakers. It may help if there is a little more information about your soeaker system. You can reconfigure the audio settings to send the VDJ master to the computers internal sound card. But, I do not recommend that. You may run I to.
