Financial Performance For the three months ended September 30, 2022, the Company had net income after tax of $1.48 million compared to net income of $1.67 million for the three months ended September 30, 2021, an decrease of $186,000 or 11.1%. Earnings per share (EPS) for the three months ended September 30, 2022 were $0.84 per basic and diluted share compared to $0.95 per basic and diluted share reported for the three months ended September 30, 2021. For the nine months ended September 30, 2022, Century Next Financial Corporation (the “Company”) had net income after tax of $4.06 million compared to net income of $3.11 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2021, an increase of $952,000 million or 30.6%. Earnings per share (EPS) for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 were $2.29 per basic and diluted share compared to $1.78 per basic and diluted share reported for the nine months ended September 30, 2021.
