Syncが自動的に起動するように設定されている場合、コンピュータを再起動すると対象ファイルの同期が自動的に開始されます。File Deleted on Box (Boxでファイルが削除されました)このメッセージは次の状況で表示されます。ファイルがオフラインで編集されたときに、Boxで削除しようとした場合。 Box Syncを再起動したときにこのエラーメッセージが表示されます。ファイルがBoxで削除されたときに、ローカルで編集しようとした場合。 競合が検出されると、直ちにこのエラーメッセージが表示されます。いずれの状況でも、親フォルダが同期解除されている可能性があります。 Boxでは、同期解除はローカルでの削除と解釈されます。 ファイルXがBoxで削除される (親が同期解除されるか削除された結果) と同時にローカルで編集された場合、ファイルXを同じ場所にアップロードしてもファイルはもう同期されません。 ファイルXを別の同期フォルダにアップロードした場合は、ファイルは再びローカルに表示されます。この問題を回避するには、ファイルのコピーを作成し、コピー元のファイルを削除します。 または、ファイルをウェブアプリケーション経由で別の同期場所にアップロードし、元のファイルを削除する方法もあります。Server Is Busy (サーバーがビジーです)このエラー通知は、Box SyncからBoxサーバーに生成されるトラフィックが多すぎる場合に送信されます。 これは、大量の一括アップロードを実行した場合、またはフォルダツリー内でのアクティビティが増加した (多くのファイルを急に更新した) 場合に発生することがあります。通常は、数分待った後ファイルが自動的に再試行されるとSyncにより報告されます。 この報告がない場合は、問題通知の [Retry All (すべて再試行)] ボタンを試してみてください。File Type Not Supported (サポートされていないファイルタイプです)Box 場合によっては、空白の「更新日」や他のサポートされていない値など、その他の問題がネットワークの問題のように見えることもあります。Unknown Problem (不明な問題)テストで同期の問題の根本原因を特定できない場合があります。このケースの最良の解決方法はBox Syncを再起動することです。 Box Syncを再起動しても問題が解決されない場合は、コンピュータを再起動してください。 問題が続く場合は、BoxのProduct SupportチームにBox Syncのログを送信してケースを作成してもらいます。File Is Locked By Another Application Folder Has Been Deleted (親フォルダが削除されています)場合によっては、親フォルダが非同期になっていたり、Boxから削除されていたりすることがあります。 その結果、親フォルダのレコードが存在しないため、削除されたフォルダ内の項目の同期や移動ができなくなります。ファイルを別の場所に移動して、フォルダを同期し直します。Folder Cannot Be Moved (フォルダを移動できません)Boxでフォルダ所有者が変更された場合、Box Syncではフォルダを移動できません。 例えばコラボレーションフォルダを自分のルートディレクトリに移動しようすると、フォルダ所有権が個人用に変換されます。まずフォルダをローカルコンピュータに戻します。 次に、Boxウェブサイトでフォルダを目的の場所に移動します。Low Disk Space
