It’s buggy, there’s not way to get quality help, it’s just the employees at one of the branches, and there’s no way to get help on the weekends like you would with any other sensible bank. It’s awful, and this is the last straw. I can’t even buy groceries all weekend because whoever designed this app didn’t have a speck of foresight. I’m done with OV, and will be finding somewhere else to do my banking ASAP, because no bank should leave their members
