New Here , /t5/download-install-discussions/installation-indesigncs6-failed-conflict-with-imageready-exe/td-p/5022946 May 05, 2013 May 05, 2013 Copy link to clipboard Copied I tried several times to install indesignCS6 via cloud.during installation I get message that there is a conflict with imageready.exe, which should be closed.In taskmanager there is no such file active.Imageready is not installed on computer.Only file with similar name I found is an exe that belongs to a backup-tool (not activated during installation process) called shadowprotect (by storagecraft).Any idea? No other relevant programms are active.retried several setups (even with checking for autostarts) without any success.btw. update for i.e. photoshop was working fine.same to installation of muse.problem remains. Click on that and then you will be brought into a window with all the services running, look for `StorageCraft ImageReady` and stop that service. Once done you will be able to run the install as normal. Then yes you will get this problem. I am on a Windows 8 computer. So go into Task Manager -> Processes. You will find two running Processes from StorageCraft running ImageManager.exe. Kill them both and you are good to go with any upgrade or uninstall of Adobe software.Don't forget to get your Shadow Protected backup running again. I would advice a system reboot after to make sure all is started normal in your backup.
