Save time and effort by reading through the most common Report Manager plugin troubleshooting issues below. Troubleshooting common issues:Case 1: PDF export fails via Report Manager:Navigate to the dashboard that is set up for reporting in Report Manager and attempt to export the dashboard via PDF. If the PDF is not exported successfully, attempt to disable all plugins (via the Add-on tab) except the Report Manager plugin and retest. If the issue still persists, please contact Sisense Support.Case 2: Reports are failing to be executed: Double-check the recipient list to ensure that you do not have any non-Sisense users listed. In cases where there is a non-Sisense user in the recipient list of the report, remove the email address of the non-Sisense recipient or enable reports to be sent for non-Sisense users. What happened?One of our external vendors, Sisense, has informed us that an unknown, unauthorized third-party accessed certain of their systems and acquired information relating to Marigold Health. Upon being notified of this, we began working to identify and analyze the nature and scope of the affected data and assessing who may have been impacted. Our analysis has determined that the third-party accessed Sisense on or before April 11, 2024. During this time, the third party acquired, and may have decrypted, files that contained information of some Marigold members.Do we know what the third-party wanted or did with the files that were exposed?There is not a clear motive or reason for the actions of this unauthorized third-party. At this time we are not aware of the unauthorized third-party decrypting any of the files. (This means that while they acquired access to certain files, we do not yet know if they actually used them.) At this time, we are also not aware of any identity theft or fraud to any person as a result of this incident.Was Marigold hacked?No. Marigold systems were not affected by this incident. The nature of exposure to Marigold members in this incident is that a vendor Marigold works with (Sisense) had data from a number of its partners exposed. A small percentage of Sisense’s exposure included some Marigold members’ data.
