What will change with the upgrade?You will have all the same functionality you enjoy today - plus many great features to streamline your business communications and improve your customer service. When it’s time for your upgrade, we will move all of your core communications settings to the FluentStream platform. This includes things like: auto-attendants (call routing), time of day schedules, user accounts and voice recordings.Who do I call if I need help with my phone system?For now, continue to contact SkyComm for questions and assistance. We will always be here to take your call. FluentStream will let you know when your upgrade is completed and you can start contacting their support team.Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the upgrade?The only preparation required from your team is having everyone save their important voicemails. Unfortunately these cannot be transferred.When will the upgrade take place?The upgrade to the FluentStream platform will occur within the next 6 months.
