Like others here I downloaded the app to re-arrange apps on my iphone because foolishly I thought it must be better than doing it on the phone directly.As long as one shifts apps between screens or to a new one it actually works ok. Ordering the various screens worked well for me as well, once I found how to do it (it wasn't very clear how initially).But once I got to re-arranging the apps on one screen I started to get frustrated really quickly.
