Il est donc logique de se demander comment ce Ryzen 7 5700X va se comporter en jeu, alors qu’il ne bénéficie pas de l’atout 3D Vertical Cache du Ryzen 7 5800X3D.Performances observées sur Sid Meier's Civilization VI © NercesPremier élément de réponse avec Sid Meier’s Civilization VI et son test d’intelligence artificielle qui insiste sur la puissance CPU, mais n’a jamais permis de creuser énormément les écarts. De manière assez étonnante, on remarque toutefois que le Ryzen 7 5700X est au niveau du Ryzen 5 5600X. De fait, il reste loin à la fois du Ryzen 7 5800X et du Core i5-12600K.
